Important information for your holiday
Booking information
Arrival & Departure
On arrival day, your XXL-Chalet will be available for occupancy after 4 p.m. The journey to the chalet is easy, following an approximately 4 km long tarmac road. In winter, we recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle or carrying snow chains (for safety’s sake).
On departure day, please vacate the Holiday House for cleaning by 10 a.m.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the house.
Access
The chalet is also accessible using the gondola lift (when in operation).
Parking
Free parking is available right next to the Holiday House.
Dining
Numerous alpine huts are available along the slopes in winter.
Washing Machine, Dryer & Iron
You are welcome to use the washing machine, dryer as well as the iron which are available at your Design House.
No-Smoking House
Please note that the entire Holiday House is no-smoking. Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes outside. Please be sure to dispose of your cigarette stubs appropriately.
Local Taxes
Prices do not include the local tourism tax (€ 4,40 per person 15 and older/night, free entry to the Wasserwelt Wagrain Water Park is included).
Payment & Cancellation Conditions
- To fix your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. No repayment after booking.
- The remaining 70% must be paid until 60 days before arrival. No refunds available.

All prices in EURO. Subject to change. Not liable for inadvertent errors or inaccuracies.
