Dear guests! Our house should be your second home. You should be able to feel good and rest. We’ve put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope you find everything you need. The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We’ve also listed some rules that we hope will help you understand. With a proper treatment of the house you will help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises. If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, feel free to contact us. Please handle the entire premium furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
To avoid mold, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
The garbage is separated into residual garbage (dark garbage bags with Hettegger inscription) plastic and recycled garbage (yellow bag) glass, and paper. Then please separate the waste into glass, paper and residual waste, yellow bag in the trailer in front of the house.
Since we are located at an altitude of 1250 meters, we are obliged to bring the waste into the valley itself, which is why the trailer is there in front of the house.
Dustbins and cosmetic buckets in the bathroom please use only with garbage bags and dispose of them in the residual waste bag. In the kitchen sink, the toilets, the sink and shower no waste, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet).
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Please leave the house for smoking.
It can be parked directly in front of the house. In case of loss or damage on the property parked or ranked vehicles and their contents, the owner is not liable.
Please never leave the keys out of your hands. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost. Since this is a locking system, these costs are very high.
Hanging fireplace lounge
This hanging fireplace will be very hot outside when used.
Please be careful. For guest groups with children under 10 years the use is not allowed. Here we provide as alternatives, candles for the interior. When heating, please tilt one or two windows in the bay window, this air needs the fireplace to heat up. Hints for the right lighting you get on the spot.
Our house has a SONOS sound system – via the Wifi system. For use, download the SONOS APP in the App Store and connect it to the system.
Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be glad, if you inform us of the damage and we will determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should basically be closed and locked when leaving the house by key. Likewise, all windows are too close when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from bad weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be treated with care.
If you ever happen to a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment on departure broom clean and give all used dishes clean again in the closets.
Bringing pets is not allowed.
For immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the owner must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.
Fireplace living room
The fireplace has a special drainage / suction installed. The rotary switch for activating the ventilation is located to the right of the chimney. Without extraction the fireplace does not work, even without it can not be used. After use of the fireplace, switch off the extraction again, otherwise the room air temperature will drop.
Tiled stove OG
The tiled stove is heated by us. As it requires the use of tiled stoves of special knowledge. So it can be e.g. When opening, the heated tiled stove to explosions come, so it must remain closed for 12 hours after heating. For this reason, the tiled stove is closed for safety reasons. Our house has a low energy, warm-up heating system with deep holes. In addition, in almost all rooms underfloor heating.
The owner is not liable for valuables of the guest (s). By booking the house, we assume that the house rules will be recognized.
