Important Information for Your Holiday
Booking Information
Designferienhaus.com acts solely as booking agent. The contract will be concluded between the guest and the holiday operator. The holiday operator supplied Designferienhaus.com with the booking conditions.
Arrival & Departure
On your arrival day, our holiday home Altenmarkt-Zauchensee will be available for occupancy after 4 p.m. On the day you are due to leave, please vacate your holiday home by 10 a.m., allowing us plenty of time to clean for incoming guests.
Non-Smoking House
Please note that the entire holiday home is non-smoking. However, smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes outside. Please dispose of your cigarette stubs appropriately.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the house.
Wellness Area
At designer holiday home in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, a large designer sauna is available for your enjoyment.
Breakfast Roll Delivery
Upon request, we will be happy to supply you with fresh bread & breakfast rolls every morning (prices vary according to the order).
Local Tourism Taxes
Prices do not include local tourism taxes (€ 1.10 per person ages 15 and up/ night).
Parking
You will find free parking (some of which is covered) right next to your holiday home, as you will shelters for motorbikes.
Washing Machine & Dryer
You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in your designer holiday home.
Payment & Cancellation Conditions
- To fix your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. No repayment after booking. Exceptions due to the following restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation:
- Ban on entry into Austria (not only a travel warning)
- Travel ban within Austria
- The remaining 70% must be paid until 60 days before arrival. No refund after the 60th day before arrival. Exceptions due to the following restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation:
