Booking Information
Arrival & Departure
Your Design Holiday Home is available for occupancy on arrival day after 4 p.m. Please vacate your accommodations on the day you are leaving by 10 a.m.
No-Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Holiday Home. Naturally, smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes outdoors.
Wi-Fi & Internet
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout your holiday home.
Pets
Please note that no pets are allowed at this villa.
Parking
Plenty of free parking is available in front of your holiday home.
Washing Machine
You are welcome to use the washing machine which is available at Designer Holiday Home Croatia.
Families
Please note that the Design Holiday Home is suitable for families with children aged 12 and over.
Payment & Cancellation Conditions
- To fix your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. No repayment after booking. Exceptions due to the following restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation:
- Ban on entry into Croatia
- Vaccination regulations: Please inform yourself about the relevant regulations of your home country before arrival. A 3rd vaccination may be required for high-risk countries. These do not constitute a reason for cancellation, as it sometimes happens that individual fellow travellers do not comply with these regulations. This is beyond our control.
- The remaining 70% must be paid until 30 days before arrival. No refund after the 30th day before arrival. Exceptions due to the following restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation:
- Ban on entry into Croatia
- Accommodation ban in Croatia
